Clare Morehen – Classical Ballet

Clare Morehen is an international freelance artist, writer, coach and former Principal Artist with Queensland Ballet, which she joined after completing her training at The Royal Ballet School in London.

Throughout her 13 years working with Queensland Ballet, Clare performed many leading roles, working with countless international choreographers and having many works created for her. Her artistry, dramatic ability and sensitivity to characterisation won her acclaim and many supporters.

Most recently, Clare was the Ballet Mistress for the Queensland Ballet’s Pre-Professional students and was shortlisted for ‘Outstanding Performance by a Female Dancer’ in the 2017 Australian Dance Awards.
